Order Processing
- Orders process in 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- High-volume periods may add a few extra business days.
- We'll email you if there's a significant delay.
Rates & Carriers
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on option and destination.
Tracking
- A Shipping Confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships.
- Tracking can take up to 8 hours to become active.
Damaged or Lost Packages
ZoJayshe is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- Damaged: file a claim directly with the carrier and keep all original packaging.
- Lost: email ashegirasol@zojayshe.com and we'll assist however we can.
